File Recovery App

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User,” “You”) and Sunsol Apps (“Company,” “We,” “Us”) regarding your use of the File Recovery App (“Application”). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Application.

1. License Grant

Sunsol Apps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application on your device for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Modify, copy, distribute, or reproduce the Application or any part of it.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the Application’s source code.

  • Use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  • Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices in the Application.

3. Ownership

All rights, titles, and interests in the Application, including but not limited to software, fonts, themes, designs, and documentation, remain the property of Sunsol Apps. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights.

4. User Content

The Application may allow you to recover files from your device. You are responsible for all data you recover. Sunsol Apps is not responsible for lost, corrupted, or unrecoverable files.

5. Privacy & Data

The Application may request access to your device storage to recover files. We do not collect, store, or share your personal files without your consent. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Updates

We may provide updates or new features from time to time. Use of these updates is governed by this Agreement unless a separate license is provided.

7. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate by uninstalling the Application. We may terminate your license if you fail to comply with these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the Application.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided “as is” and “as available.” Sunsol Apps makes no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or performance. We do not guarantee that files can always be recovered.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunsol Apps shall not be liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the Application, including lost or corrupted files.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
